Returns and Refunds Policy

The Gizmo Store is committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read it carefully.

  1. Return Eligibility
    We accept returns and exchanges for products under the following conditions:
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:The product is defective, dead on arrival, damaged, or is not the item you ordered.
  • Change of Mind (Non-Defective Items):You have changed your mind about a product. To be eligible, the item must be:
    • Unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
    • Unused and in pristine, resalable condition.
    • Returned with all original accessories, manuals, and parts.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect:
  • Products marked as “Clearance,” “Final Sale,” or “As-Is.”
  • Special orders, including customized, configured, or branded products.
  • Software or digital goods where the seal has been broken (unless defective).
  • Gift cards.
  1. Return Timeframe & Method
    You have 30 daysfrom the date of delivery to initiate a return and bring the item to our store.
  • Return Method:All returns must be brought to our physical store location.
  • Return Shipping:The customer is responsible for transporting the product to our store. The cost and risk of this transport are yours.
  1. Return Process
    Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
    To initiate a return, please contact us within the 30-day period to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Step 2: Bring the Product to Our Store
Once you have an RMA, bring the product to our store location. The product must meet the conditions outlined in Section 1.

  1. Inspections, Restocking Fees & Exchanges
  • Inspection:All returned products are inspected upon receipt. A return is not approved until this inspection is complete.
  • Restocking Fee:To cover the costs of inspection, repackaging, and restocking, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns for non-defective, change-of-mind items. No restocking fee is applied to returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Exchanges:If you request an exchange for an eligible item, we will process the exchange immediately after we receive and inspect the returned product at our store.
  1. Refunds
  • Approval & Processing:Refunds are issued only for approved returns. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed from the date of approval.
  • Method:Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Deductions:The refund amount for non-defective returns will be the product price, minus the 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
