Returns and Refunds Policy

The Gizmo Store is committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read it carefully.
- Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for products under the following conditions:
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:The product is defective, dead on arrival, damaged, or is not the item you ordered.
- Change of Mind (Non-Defective Items):You have changed your mind about a product. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
- Unused and in pristine, resalable condition.
- Returned with all original accessories, manuals, and parts.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect:
- Products marked as “Clearance,” “Final Sale,” or “As-Is.”
- Special orders, including customized, configured, or branded products.
- Software or digital goods where the seal has been broken (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
- Return Timeframe & Method
You have 30 daysfrom the date of delivery to initiate a return and bring the item to our store.
- Return Method:All returns must be brought to our physical store location.
- Return Shipping:The customer is responsible for transporting the product to our store. The cost and risk of this transport are yours.
- Return Process
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
To initiate a return, please contact us within the 30-day period to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Step 2: Bring the Product to Our Store
Once you have an RMA, bring the product to our store location. The product must meet the conditions outlined in Section 1.
- Inspections, Restocking Fees & Exchanges
- Inspection:All returned products are inspected upon receipt. A return is not approved until this inspection is complete.
- Restocking Fee:To cover the costs of inspection, repackaging, and restocking, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns for non-defective, change-of-mind items. No restocking fee is applied to returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Exchanges:If you request an exchange for an eligible item, we will process the exchange immediately after we receive and inspect the returned product at our store.
- Refunds
- Approval & Processing:Refunds are issued only for approved returns. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed from the date of approval.
- Method:Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Deductions:The refund amount for non-defective returns will be the product price, minus the 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
